Here are some of the places I like to chill out on when I'm
surfing the Web. And there's some stuff that will take you
to some resources for you creative types. Check 'em out:)
Lightwave3D
I use Lightwave to rock out my animations and logos.
Lightwave makes me smile. We're going out for a long walk
on the beach as we speak.
Flay
Tons of Lightwave news and plug-ins here. There's so much
here it overwhelms me. Kinda like the same way Halle Berry
overwhelms me.
Virtual Training Company
You can never learn too much. Grab yourself some computer
training on the most popular software applications on the
planet. Did I say you can never learn too much? OK, I
lied...sometimes it makes my head hurt so I use that as an
excuse to play video games. Hey, my head hurts now. Oh,
look, is that my Xbox 360 calling me?
Gamespot
Mmmm, video games. My second favorite pass-time, after
reading. Unless, of course, I'm reading about video games.
See how that works out?
YouTube
All work and no play makes Hunter a very dull
ninja-assassin-type person. And we don't want that. So,
yes, I like to let some time go to fun. Just don't tell my
wife! Oh,and don't tell her about the whole "Halley Berry
overwhelms me" line either.
Photoshop User
Photoshop is open on my computer so much I think my
computer IS Photoshop. Know the Photoshop, love the
Photoshop. Resistance is futile.
Dorian Portraits
Me bud, Dorian, is an amazing painter. I can't paint with a
real brush to save my life. But, HAHA, that's why I use a
Mac, I tell ye! If it weren't for computers I'd be
somewhere collecting sand for a living. "Bag of sand, sir?
2 dollars, please." Check Dorian's site out.
Cartoon Smart
Me pal, Justin, is like the king of Flash. I mean, straight
up, undisputed. He makes my Flash skills look like I enter
Actionscript code while frozen in a block of permafrost.
Third Wish Software
These fine folks make an awesome lip sync application I use
called Magpie Pro. I used it on my film Black Zero and it's
being used in my upcoming productions (which are so secret,
I'd have to "deal" with you if I told you).
NJ Movie Makers
A great organization for filmmakers who live in the Garden
State (though there ain't no garden outside of my window,
bro). They offer tons of resources to the aspiring movie
maker. Check 'em out and sign up:)
HDRI
Check out this awesome magazine (I write for it every blue
moon). There's a ton of great Lightwave and other 3D
application tutorials in each chocolatey issue. It's also
available at your favorite bookstore. So grab ya one!
SpinQuad
Another cool Lightwave site. Join the forums and check out
some sweet art on the gallery.
CeativeCow
You read that right, creative frikkin' cow. If you love
special effects tutorials, go on and visit the cow. Go on
now, mosey along!
Daathrekh
Check out the work of another of my creative pals out in
cyberspace. It's all about the heroes, man!
