Character Profile:
Black Zero is the code-name of Tunnel Operative Zachary Kilimanjaro, covert ops and infiltration-extraction specialist. Zach was born in the Mandible City to parents he can barely remember. At the age of three, his parents were killed in a riot in downtown Mandible City. He has recently uncovered information that contradicts that report.
Through an independent source, calling himself Lion Ant, Zach has learned that his father may be alive and have some connections to the Roach Corporation. If this is true, that means he will have to eventually come face to face and even possibly destroy him. The wherabouts of his mother are still unknown, though Zach suspects that if she did meet an untimely end, his father would be the one to hold accountable for it.
Zach’s hobbies are reading, martial arts, cooking and yoga. He is a very serious and moody person, who has never really enjoyed long stretches of happiness or inner peace. He prefers to be left alone and has little need for social interaction, which is looked at in a poor light by those who don’t really understand him.
Zach has hopes of retiring one day to live alone on a deserted island with a mountain of books and the sounds of the ocean at his feet. Little does he realize that his intel officer, Hot Six (Arial) is falling in love with him and may ultimately become his love interest, bringing him the first real joy he has ever experienced.
Zero is the star of the popular film festival animated short "Operation Sea Hammer." Since 2004, Black Zero has thrilled audiences across the United States. The 15 minute film is available on DVD, which also features 20 minutes of Making of footage. The fall of 2007 will see the release of his first action novel, written by Hunter Wolf.
